Alaska Salmon

Alaskan Troll (hook & line catch) Salmon are caught at peak quality from the icy waters of the Pacific Ocean. When buying salmon, we look at the skin color which should be silvery bright, bellies should be thick and fat, muscles strong and firm. Our fresh-frozen vacuum packed fillets are hand cut and portioned perfectly for small meals. Each portion of salmon weighs approximately 1 lb. Serving size is generally 6 - 8 oz per person. We offer Alaskan Coho and King salmon portions, frozen and Vacuum packed. |
